AWS architecture & web development

Cloud infrastructure that is secure, fast, and does not waste your budget.

I design and run websites and apps on AWS. Built right, locked down, and cost-optimized. 25 years shipping software teams rely on.

How a project runs

From first conversation to a live, secured, cost-tuned deployment. Real timelines, no empty promises.

  1. 01

    First contact

    Same day

We map what you need, who it is for, and how it should run on AWS. You leave with a first scope and rough timeline.

  2. 02

    Discovery & architecture

    3 to 7 days

We define the AWS architecture, security model, and data flow. Scope and technical criteria are locked before any code.

  3. 03

    Build

    2 to 6 weeks

Designed, built, and reviewed in stages. You validate each milestone. Secured and cost-tuned as it goes, not bolted on at the end.

  4. 04

    Launch & handover

    2 to 4 days

Turn-key on AWS: domain, hosting, monitoring, and automated backups configured. Everything is yours, no lock-in.

Frequent questions

How I work, and what turn-key on AWS actually means.

How long does a project take?

Depends on scope. A landing page: 2 to 3 weeks. A corporate site or web app: 4 to 8 weeks. A full system with integrations: 2 to 4 months. The exact timeline is set in the first conversation and respected. If something affects it, you hear before, not after.

What does "turn-key on AWS" include?

I set up the whole AWS environment for you: networking, compute, storage, CI/CD, monitoring, and automated backups. The account is yours from day one. You get a working, deployed product, not a folder of code you have to figure out how to host.

How do you keep it secure?

Security is built in from the architecture, not added later: least-privilege IAM, encryption at rest and in transit, private networking, and hardening. I follow the AWS Well-Architected security pillar so your data stays yours.

What about backups and recovery?

Every project ships with automated backups configured (database snapshots, versioned storage) and a documented recovery path. You are not one accidental delete away from losing everything.

How do you keep AWS costs down?

Right-sized resources, serverless where it fits, and no over-provisioning. For existing accounts I run a cost audit and cut waste. You pay for what you actually use, and I explain the monthly estimate before we build.

Who owns the domain, hosting, and code?

You do. Domain registered in your name, AWS account under your control, and all source code handed over. Nothing is locked to me. If you ever want to move on, you can.

How does payment work?

Set in the first conversation based on scope. Usually 30/70 (deposit and delivery) or milestone-based. I adapt to the schedule that fits both sides, no recurring fees for things a custom build does not need.

Can you integrate with systems we already use?

Yes. CRM, ERP, payment gateways, analytics, and email tools. Because the build is custom code (no closed-platform plugins), integrations stay stable long term.

Have a project in mind?

Tell me what you are building. I reply within a day.
